Our Business Model involves the creation of our own pool of engineers. Bi-yearly, we hire qualified and dynamic graduates directly from University and equip them with the fundamentals of Well Engineering. This 'Foundation Knowledge' is our approach to imparting skills and knowledge to build upon their academic training at degree level.
What happens if I'm successful?
Upon employment, you will commence your training in Singapore with an introduction to the Oil & Gas Industry, followed by a comprehensive description of your well design duties. Following this introductory period, you will be given the unique opportunity of commencing a six month rotational period on one of our partner drilling contractor's drilling rigs in SE Asia. This provides you with a combination of offshore practical Rig Training and onshore Technical Coaching in the Singapore office. Stuart Wright has developed a three tier 'Well Engineering Competency Training Program' for our engineers, that seek to provide you with a comprehensive, structured approach on your journey to become a Well Engineer.

What qualifications will I be able to achieve?
With time and increasing experience it is our aim to mould our trainees into Professional Level Well Engineers, and you will be given the opportunity to achieve Chartered Status with key UK Engineering institutions as you develop your career with us.
