1. What is your role within SW?

I am a Well Engineer in SW, working in the engineering / operations division. I work on various client projects concerning the life cycle of wells, from well planning, well execution, well completion, and abandonment.

In addition to my engineering responsibilities I am also involved in business development initiatives within the region, with a particular focus in the Indonesian market. This involves engaging directly with clients to understand their requirements and how SW can assist them in their well operations.

2. What motivates you?

Passion for the field motivates me the most. It allows me to be resilient, to continuously improve myself, and to give the best effort on every project.

3. What project(s) are you currently working on?

I am currently working as a well integrity engineer for a subsea well abandonment project in offshore Australia. Previously I have worked on well integrity assessment, well assurance, and well control investigation projects.
