Stuart Wright Welcomes 11th Inpex Graduate Trainee

Stuart Wright welcomes Rongting Shen, the eleventh Inpex Engineer to be enrolled in our Well Engineering Graduate Training Program. Rongting will be seconded to SW for a 4+ month period to enhance her Drilling Engineer capabilities and experience in areas including Well Engineering, Well Barrier Management and Business Skills.

• Understand the importance of Corporate Barrier Policies and rules

• Applying and ensuring compliance of barrier rules during Well Planning

• Monitoring of well barriers while drilling to ensure continued safe operations

On the Job Project Experience

• Working on diverse client projects

• Field experiences

Business Skills

• Working with internationally diverse team of engineers

• Presentation of technical findings

• Writing of technical reports
