Stuart Wright collaborates with Bureau Veritas

Stuart Wright has joined forces with Bureau Veritas to deploy Stuart Wright’s Well Integrity Management capabilities as part of BV’s AIM services. Under the new agreement BV’s existing AIM service will be extended to cover the performance of a Well Integrity assessment using SW proprietary WAiT© methodology and the development, implementation and roll-out of a Well Integrity Management System(WIMS). Stuart Wright’s WAiT© methodology allows for comprehensive risk assessment on wells from as built design to current status. The process can be applied to all sizes of project from individual asset to basin scale.

SW and BV will perform a cold eye review and gap analysis on the client’s current level of maturity in well integrity organization and processes and give recommendations for improved practices. Audits of WIMS documentation will be carried out on behalf of the client, and/or government and regulatory authorities. The new service also includes well integrity management training.

Including the new service with Stuart Wright means that BV’s Asset Integrity Management services can address clients’ needs in the areas of Structural Integrity Management, Corrosion Management, Risk-Based Inspection Planning, Reliability-Centred Maintenance, Well Integrity Management, Process Safety Management and Pipeline Integrity Management.

Colin Stuart, Managing Director for Stuart Wright commented “We are delighted to announce this joint marketing initiative as we have long felt the need to connect topside asset integrity with well integrity in order to ensure the continual, safe operation of the total asset. We strongly believe that increased collaboration is key to our industry thriving during the current price climate and are excited to be taking this initiative with BV to create Asset Integrity efficiencies and reduce risk
